1. Purpose
Memora provides a service enabling a user to:
- describe their project;
- configure an artwork;
- submit a photograph;
- be connected with an Artist;
- and facilitate the conclusion of an order with that Artist.
2. Memora is not the Seller
In the current version of the service:
the artwork is sold directly by the Artist to the customer.
Memora does not become the owner of the artwork and does not resell it to the customer.
The identity of the Seller is displayed before final confirmation of the order.
3. Independent professional Artists
Each Artist is responsible for the professional information they provide to Memora.
Before the order is placed, Memora makes available to the customer the information necessary, in particular, to identify the Seller.
The sale is subject to that Artist's order and sales terms.
4. Selection and presentation of Artists
The methods used by Memora to match a project with an Artist are as follows:

Where several Artists are presented or ranked, the main parameters influencing that presentation are:

5. Relationship between Memora and the Artists
Artists may have entered into a contractual relationship with Memora allowing their presence or participation in the service.
The business model applicable to the service is:

Where Memora receives remuneration or another benefit in connection with a sale or an Artist's presence, the necessary information is presented in accordance with the applicable rules.
6. Price
The price of the artwork presented before the order is the price applicable to the sale offered by the Artist.
Any mandatory additional charges, including delivery charges, are presented before the order is confirmed.
Memora may not retroactively change the price of an order that has already been concluded.
7. Payment
Payment is due to the Seller.
Where the Memora journey includes a technical payment interface (including a payment link belonging to the Artist), this does not alter the identity of the Seller stated before the order.
Memora does not hold the customer's funds on its own behalf in this version of the service.
8. Order
Before confirmation, the customer receives the essential information relating to:
- the artwork;
- the price;
- delivery;
- the Seller;
- the applicable sales terms.
The customer can review their choices before confirming the order.
9. Performance of the sale
As Seller, the Artist is responsible for:
- creation of the artwork;
- conformity;
- delivery in accordance with the agreed terms;
- invoicing;
- warranties;
- after-sales service relating to their sale.
Memora may facilitate communications between the parties.
10. Memora assistance
The customer may contact Memora at:
in particular in the event of difficulty using the configurator or to obtain assistance in contacting the Seller.
This assistance does not make Memora the Seller.
11. Photographs
The photograph submitted to Memora is used to provide the configuration service and enable the artwork to be created.
Submitting this photograph does not constitute authorization for publication.
The processing conditions are described in:
12. Reviews and publication after the order
Memora may subsequently offer the customer the opportunity to:
- rate their experience;
- leave a testimonial;
- separately authorize the presentation of certain content.
These steps are optional.
No authorization for publication is inferred from the order.
13. Service availability
Memora endeavors to ensure reasonable availability of the website and configurator.
Interruptions may nevertheless occur, in particular for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- updates;
- technical incidents.
Memora may also modify or discontinue this experimental version of the service.
This possibility does not affect orders already concluded between customers and Artists.
