In the current version of the service, Memora provides a matching and configuration service enabling users to order personalized artworks from independent Artists.
Memora is not the seller of the artworks offered in this context.
Before any order is placed, the identity of the Seller is provided to the customer.
The sales contract is concluded directly between the customer and the relevant Artist.
The terms applicable to the sale are the Seller's terms presented before the order is confirmed.
Intellectual property of the website
Unless otherwise stated, elements specific to the Memora website, including:
- visual identity;
- texts;
- interfaces;
- graphic elements;
- website structure;
are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
The artworks presented on the website remain subject to the rights of their respective authors.
